The Seal Shield Cleanwipe Pro is IP68 rated. This means it is truly waterproof. BLD collaborated with the Seal Shield team to create the original waterproof features unique in the keyboard industry. The result is a keyboard suitable for repeated washing in hospitals. Additionally, BLD helped source production and continues to manage supply chain and quality control. The assembly line machines used on the to assure watertight assembly were also designed by BLD founder Brad Larsen.
