Diamond 9 VTOL Drone

Drones that can transition from hover to airplane flight are the next wave. Current quadcopters can only hover, which means they typically fly for a maximum of half an hour. The Diamond 9 copter/plane tilts 90 degrees to hover like a drone, or flies horizontally like an airplane. This extended flight time to more than double. Product development on this drove is at the halfway mark.  See video of first prototype.
