Hospital UV Sterilizer, Electroclave, Seal Shield

The ElectroClave is a product used to sterilize medical devices while downloading data to a hospital server. Seal Shield used an existing cabinet design to start with.  The tasks were to modify the PCB board shelves, front bezel, Hall-effect door, locking assembly, PCB board, button mount, LED cover mounting assembly and device sterilization trays.  The externally visible modifications can be seen at the top left corner where the buttons and LED screen come through the case.  An internal aluminum frame was added to keep the door and frame, solenoid, and mechanical latch tolerances true.
